“Cool Biz” Summer Dress Code & Sunglasses Policy

As part of our commitment to employee well-being and safe operations during the warmer months, Tokyo MK will once again implement our “Cool Biz” summer dress code policy.

From May 21 through September 30, 2026, chauffeurs may work without a jacket while maintaining the professional appearance and service standards our guests expect.

To help ensure safe driving conditions, chauffeurs may also wear sunglasses while on duty. Sunglasses help reduce the effects of bright sunlight and glare, allowing drivers to maintain optimal visibility and focus on the road.
