Notice of Taxi Fare Revision

【Effective April 20, 2026 (Monday)】

In accordance with the announcement issued by the Kanto Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, taxi fares within the Tokyo Special Wards (23 wards) and the Musashino/Mitaka area will be revised effective April 20, 2026 (Monday). This revision has been implemented to respond to rising operational costs while also supporting improvements in working conditions and the continued development of the transportation industry.

In line with this industry-wide revision, Tokyo MK will be updating its taxi service rates as outlined below.

April 20, 2026 (Monday) from 00:00

The new rates will apply to all transactions processed after this time.

【Details of the Revision】

■Taxi Fares

Taxi fares will be adjusted in accordance with the revised fare structure (approximate increase of 10.14%).

■Vehicle Selection Fee

Current: ¥1,500 → New: ¥2,000 (tax included)

■Airport Fixed-Rate Transfers (Haneda & Narita Airports)

Fixed-rate transfer fares for Haneda and Narita Airports are also scheduled to be revised by approximately 10%. Details will be announced separately on our website once all necessary procedures with the authorities have been completed.

Updated pricing for both taxi fares and hire services will also be shared on our website once finalized.
